What's included in the free plan?
The free plan includes core downloads, the built-in browser, the media player with PiP, YouTube search, and 5 downloads per day. No account, trial, or credit card is required.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly later?
Yes. Use the Manage subscription page to open the Stripe billing portal, change plans, update payment details, or cancel when you need to.
What's the difference between subscription and lifetime?
Monthly and yearly plans stay active while the subscription is active. Lifetime licenses are a one-time purchase with the same Premium feature set, and the only practical difference is how many devices each lifetime tier supports.
How do device limits work?
Monthly allows up to 5 devices, yearly allows up to 10, and lifetime plans range from 1 to 10 devices. If you lose your key or move to another machine, the Restore license page is the quickest recovery path.
What payment methods do you accept?
Stripe handles checkout securely. We accept major credit and debit cards, and SSvid never sees or stores your card details on the landing site.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Contact [email protected] within 30 days if you run into an issue or decide the product is not right for your workflow.
