Step-by-Step Guide
Download and install SSvid

Copy the tweet URL

Paste the URL into SSvid

Twitter/X Content SSvid Supports

- Twitter/X Spaces (audio) — download recorded Spaces as audio files after the broadcast ends. The host must have enabled recording.
- GIFs — Twitter GIFs are actually short MP4 loops. SSvid downloads them as MP4 video files, preserving the original quality and smooth playback.
- Threads with media — paste the URL of any tweet in a thread. SSvid downloads the video from that specific tweet. For threads with multiple videos, paste each tweet URL separately.
- Quoted tweets with video — if a quote tweet contains a video (either in the quote or the original tweet), SSvid extracts and downloads it.

How to Download Twitter GIFs
Twitter converts all uploaded GIFs to MP4 video files for efficient streaming. When you download a "GIF" from Twitter with SSvid, you get an MP4 file — which is actually better quality than a real GIF (smaller file, more colors, smoother playback).

Twitter Spaces are live audio conversations. If the host enables recording, the audio becomes available after the Space ends. To download it:
- Find the Space on Twitter/X (it appears as a card in the host's tweet or profile).
- Copy the Space URL — it looks like:
