What's included in the free plan?
The free plan includes basic downloads from 1000+ platforms, a built-in media player, and standard quality. You can download up to 3 videos simultaneously at up to 1080p. No account required, no time limit.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes! You can switch between monthly and yearly billing at any time from the Manage Subscription page. When switching, you'll be credited for any unused time on your current plan.
What's the difference between subscription and lifetime?
Subscriptions (monthly/yearly) give you access while active and can be cancelled anytime. Lifetime licenses are a one-time purchase — you pay once and keep Premium forever, including all future updates. The only difference is the number of devices allowed.
How do device limits work?
Your license key can be activated on a limited number of devices. Monthly allows 5, Yearly allows 10, and Lifetime plans range from 1 to 10 devices depending on the tier. You can manage and remove devices from the app's settings or the billing portal.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) via Stripe. We never see your card details — everything is processed securely by Stripe.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you're not satisfied, contact [email protected] within 7 days of purchase for a full refund — no questions asked.
I lost my license key. How do I recover it?
Visit the Restore License page and enter the email you used during checkout. Your license key will be displayed instantly.
